Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP) is an individual skills upgrading account specially for NTUC members. Enjoy UTAP funding at 50% of the unfunded course fee capped at $250 every year! 

Within 6 months of exams or course completion.

  1. Paid-up union membership fee before course commencement, throughout whole course duration and at the point of claim.
  2. Course by training provider must be supported under UTAP. More information on UTAP can be found here.
  3. Training must commence within the supported period.
  4. Course must not be funded through company sponsorship or other types of funding.
  5. Unfunded course fee must be S$20.00 and above. 
  6. You must achieve a minimum of 75% attendance for each application and sat for all prescribed examination(s), if any.
  7. UTAP application must be submitted online within 6 months from the course end/exam date
